Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can we or how do you add Action Plan Logic?

We wanted to build in conditional formation that prevents recurring error.

As an example of logic:

If “Action Plan Closed” = Yes, “Action Plan Close Date” must be filled
“Action Plan Close Date” does not allow dates different from Reconciliation period
If “Amount (Functional)” & “Amount (Reporting)” = 0, require “Action Plan Closed” = Yes & “Action Plan Close Date”
