Work Center error - Tax Area Invalid

R42800 showed this error. When I looked at the customer's record, the Tax Rate/Area was set to an incorrect tax code (for purchasing instead of sales). How can I get this order through Sales Update? I can't change the Tax Rate/Area on the order detail lines at this point.
