Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Regarding testing telnet 1521 to RAC nodes

We have 2 node RAC cluster. The problem is that telnet <node> 1521 does not work. But telnet to rac-vip and rac-scan works on port 1521.

Trying 10.10.84.31...

telnet: connect to address 10.10.84.31: Connection refused

Any suggestions what to look for,
