My employer wants to achieve certification to submit our ACA.XML directly to the IRS.
The San Diego Community College District (SDCCD) has submitted our ACA XML files to the IRS through a 3rd party since HCM was implemented in 2016.
I need to know the specific steps for creating ACA XML files for submission to the IRS ACA Acceptance Testing System (AATS).
I searched the Oracle Support website for detailed information on the ACA Annual Processing pages setup, parameter values, and the run sequence of each ACA process to create and submit the Test Scenarios required by the AATS, but I have not found the detailed information I'm requesting here..
I greatly appreciate any guidance and information the community may offer.
