Credit Check Hold is applied after Ship Confirmation and Delivery lines are Interfaced


I am facing an Issue - the Credit checking hold is getting applied after doing ship confirmation. No Exception message appears during the ship confirmation. This is happening for shipment from few user logins.

But from different user logins , the message of "Credit Check Hold applied" is displayed at the time of ship confirmation

What can be the reason?

Is there any additional setup we need to do to enable the exception messages at user level.
