HFM web and FDMEE web services are not starting in 11.2.3 after completing the configuration

HFM web and FDMEE web services are not starting in a distribute environment 11.2.3 after completing the configuration. When tried to restart them they are dropping immediately.


How to fix this. Kindly help.
