Post R12.2.9 unable to open purchase order

Hi All

We have recently upgraded our test environment from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9. While performing the sanity check we have observed that while querying any existing PO we are getting below error. We checked the mentioned Value Set Name from the error, but that value set is not being used in any of the flex fields or packages. We also tried to delete the value set but no luck.

Have any one of you faced this issue during the upgrade? Appreciate your response.

(P.S. we have a Sev1 24x7 SR open with Oracle, but even they haven't been able to find the root cause till now).
