OL7.9 Repositories get disabled

For some unknown reason, all repositories were disabled.

Running Oracle Linux 7.9 with yum update all last run on januari 23rd 2021 (yum history proves this)

Somewhere between jan 22rd 2021 and now (jan 30st 2021), the repos got disabled. (yum update says: no enabled repos)

1) Is it possible to find the last date/timestamp yum-config-manager or other command was used to configure (in thi case disable) repositories (probably /etc/yum.repos.d)?

2) which process or service would have cause this? No logins were detected on this system; so i suspect a service was responsible

Any help is welcome!
