US Pay R12.2.4: W2 produced but is in error on the Federal Magnetic Media File

Hello,

We have produced a W2 for a valid SSN however, the mag file is showing that this record is in error:

"Number of RW Employees in Error :                1"

The .A02 file is not showing what the error is only who the employee is that has an error. We did not find any errors in any other report. We checked her tax record and her address and don't see anything off.. We have rolled it back several times and rerun it with the same result. What could be wrong?
