how can supervisor monitor Scorecard Summary for his employees

Dears ,

in oracle performance : how can manager check and monitor his employees scorecards summery in case parallel ( as scorecard will start from employee side) .

monitor plan in plan administrator : will show all employees into plan i need just employees under him

and no employees showing into (cascading or set objectives ) because method is parallel when plan was created .
