Is there a way to compress requisition header attachments?

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello -

We are on version 12.2.4 of Oracle EBS. Is there a way to compress all the attachments that ride along on the purchase requisition approval email? When the size of these attachments are greater than what our email system allows, the emails do not send so the approvers are not aware they have an approval request. They still get the worklist notification but our end users are not always in the system. Does anyone have any recommendations/advice?
