Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Processing the R17024 over a sales order to update F1731 Location history file

Hi,

We need to know when processing R17024 program over Sales order what is the criteria to update the F1731 Location history file for Asset Master.

We have two cases of Sales order, both got Processed with R17024. But in one Sales Order F1731 got update and for other it did not updated.

So, my concern is how and on which criteria R17024 updates the F1731 file ?

Please guide.
