P48331 (Resource Scheduling) does not calculate/display Availability

Hello,

If my understanding of functionality described in Doc ID 1384821.1 is correct, upon assigning a resource to an operation step in the routing the Availability should be calculated as Load Hours minus Assigned Hours and the remainder should be displayed in the Available row. However, it does not happen in the example below:

Can someone please advise on what is missing that prevents this calculation from happening?

This is Resource Scheduling for Manufacturing work order (not Equipment Maintenance). The release is 9.1.5
