Issue joining questionnaire task information with person data. Need inputs, if any...

Was working on the Onboarding checklist with a questionnaire task.

Was unable to find a link between the below tables and person data. (Note: I do not want to link it via performance evaluation tables) 

    hrq_qstnr_participants qp,    hrq_qstnr_latest_resps_v qnlr,    hrq_qstn_responses qr, hrq_all_qstn_answers_v qa,    hrq_qstnr_questions qq, hrq_ptcpnt_questions_v pq
