How to Generate an Area Graph

I've attached a spreadsheet to show my challenge. I have a row of data that represents an opportunity. That single row has annual values for multiple years. I need to figure out how to I'll say transform the data such that I can produce an area graph by year where the X axis is year. Any direction, features of analytics to investigate to get me going would be helpful. I don't know SQL but have been using Analytics for years. The attached shows what I think has to be done and where I need some advice. Thank you. - Mark
