Can I use the 2021 Federal W4 from PUM 37 now?

I know the 2021 Federal W4 was release in PUM 37 recently but during the webcast, one of the moderators mentioned that PeopleSoft is working on modifying the calculation around the benefit deduction on the second page due to an update issued by the IRS on December 29th. The changes will be rolled out in tax updates 21B. Does that mean that I can not extract and use the 2021 Federal W4 now and have to wait until the tax updates 21B? Please advice. Thanks.
