While upgrading from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0 seeing the error on Reconfiguration progress step.

ERROR

FGFWK-64254: Error occurred in "OWSM Processing" phase execution | java.lang.NullPointerException

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upgrade from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0

2. Installed new binaries in a new oracle home

3. Ran UA readiness test

4. Ran UA for upgrading schemas

5. ran reconfig.sh and see the error

Error log file is attached also.
