"xenwatch: page allocation failure" while adding new disk

Hi all,

Before anything else I wish you all are fantastic as also I advance my apologies for any possible repeating question. I my self, once asked something very similar, but at that time without more precise information as also on a different OVM environment.

My current setup is OracleVM 3.4.5.1919 running on 2 servers and the VMs affected (not all times) are OL6.10 with UEK4.

The issue is (not being the first time), I can't get the new disk to be acknowledge by the VM without rebooting. On the OVM server everything appears to happen the right way without any error message. but on the guest VM, I get an "xenwatch: page allocation failure" causing the disk not being recognised...
