How do you see Mobile Delivery signature on Req Life Cycle?

Mass General Brigham is on PS 9.2 PUM 34. We are testing PS 9.2 Fluid Mobile Receive PO and Delivery. Once we have captured the signature, we are able to see the signature with the following navigation. Navigation: Purchasing, Receipts, Maintain Delivery Information (signature capture). How are we able to see this Delivery with signature on the Req Life Cycle as the functionality states the endusers will have the ability to see who signed for the delivery?
