Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Converting base64 to PDF

Hi,

We are facing a security fail in our application and the solution is to convert base64 (we are going to recieve by webservice) to PDF.

I found this URL https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/community/siebel/4124997.html but there is no a final solution.

The Siebel version is 8.1.1.11
