Using Application Express (APEX) 19. Run APEX application at compatibility level 4.2 supported?

Installed and using Application Express (APEX) 19. Have an APEX application that runs in APEX 4.2.5 and have imported to APEX 19. Application runs in APEX 19 using application compatibility level 4.2. So using APEX 19 and compatibility level 4.2, is that supported since using APEX 19?
