Logout page in JDE DV is blank

in CNC, DB and Operating System - JDE1 (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓

Hi,

When I log out of JDE DV the logout page is blank. I thought the issue could be with the cache in WebLogic so I removed this TMP directory to reset the WebLogic cache, but it did not help.:

C:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\E1_Apps\servers\J2EE_DV920\tmp

Also, the files in these two directories are the same:

C:\jde_home\SCFHA\targets\JDV920_90\owl_deployment\webclient.ear\app\webclient.war\share

and

C:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\E1_Apps\servers\J2EE_DV920\stage\JDV920_90\app\webclient.war\share


I'm not sure what else to check.
