Trying to build package from webclient but get an error searching for packages

First time here.

Running: EnterpriseOne Tools Release: 9.2.5.1

Found this document that is relevant:

E1: PKG: Web Exception Occurs on P96001W Work With Packages (Doc ID 2735380.1)

It states that I should:

"Delete B9800186's Primary Data Source Local OCM mapping on System-920 Data Source. And bounce E1 Servcie"

Using P986110 I can not find B9800186 in System - 920. Any idéas anyone?
