Order of upgrade in log mining Envirnment 11g to 19c (source first/target first)

Good day All .

we have log mining configured in between 2 node RAC database( 11.2.0.4 ) env as source and stand alone Oracle database (11.2.0.4) as target .

log mining should not be impacted once we upgrade source first/target first.

Logmining(log miner) Happening from source to target database

2 node RAC: (Source) --11.2.0.4 =

node 1: Racnode1

Node 2: Racnode2

StandAlone database (Target) -- 11.2.0.4

 single instance database : SIDnode

Query: Need to upgrade(GI&DB) both source&target servers from 11.2.0.4 to 19c . Please suggest us the better order for upgrading(11g==> 19c), whether source(2 node RAC database ) first ? or target(stand alone) database ? to upgrade 19c.
