Is there any possible way of changing the Revision number?

Hi All,

We have defined an Item and assigned Revision Number. Revision Number is mentioned wrong and according to drawing Revision Number should be '1' but we have assigned the Revision Number as 'C'. Can you please provide a solution to make change in the Revision Number.
