Xstore POS V20 launch failure

Hello Xstore community,

I have installed Oracle Xstore POS V20, when it is launched I see launch is not successfull

JDK - java version "11.0.9" 2020-10-20 LTS

OS - Windows

In the wrapper.log I have below error. It seems java version is not supported, but I have version 11 as suggested in implementation guide.

JRE package is created through JRE packager and verified wrapper/conf files is pointing to correct jre. Please suggest
