understanding security CVE Errata?

My security team reports many vulnerabilities (about 100) in 19.9. I am directed in an SR to follow the Errata for mitigation. Doc ID 2097219.1 has the CVE to Errata mapping. So, for example CVE-2019-17006->ELSA-2020-4076. My problem is, I don't understand what the ELSA is directing me to do in order to respond. There are no action items in the document. It's like there speaking a unknown language. Is there a translation table for understanding the ELSA lanaguage: https://linux.oracle.com/errata/ELSA-2020-4076.html
