Is there another table that I can reference to lookup what the SSTATE value (1,2,3,) means?

I have an ODI /FDMEE integration that loads all countries/entities from GL to HFM.Now I have a requirement to build another integration to load prior period data for selective countries/entities without impacting all entities. Looking at a solution where I can leverage this table to get the entities that are in first pass, so i can extract and load only to them.
