Hello Team - Can We reinstate Fully Depreciated Asset After 2 Periods?

Now the Asset Cost is 0 and NBV is 0.

The asset was Placed in NOV-2015 for 5 Years and Fully depreciated by NOV-2020 and, Now Business wants to Reinstate in JAN-2021. Is it Possible? for me Reinstate button is hidden after querying the Retirement Reference Number
