RMAN-08138: WARNING: archived log not deleted - must create more backups

I am simply trying to archive redologs but I keep getting error RMAN-08138 on each file present in the archive directory. This is on a 12.1 database

This happens when I try this during the day

At night, there's full and incremental backups (depending on the day), but when I try to archive in the middle of the day, it keeps giving this error, and he is deleting no file at all.

The parameter that states the number of copies to keep, is set to 1

I assume that is correct, but I can't understand what is happening in this case
