E1 Page Lineup After Adding/Updating Page

When a new or updated page is promoted, it appears at the end of the bar. We have had it completely mess up the order on occasion. This is particularly bothersome to our PM who has access to all pages. He has asked me to find out if this has been fixed. We are in TR 9.2.0.2 and upgrading to 9.2.4.5. I think he uses Chrome but I've seen it in both Chrome and IE. I love the new hamburger menu that allows you to choose which pages you see but he still wants to know if this has been fixed.
