Australia - STP Phase 2 Information Timing Update
The ATO has released the following statement.
"The ATO released an STP Phase 2 Draft Legislative Instrument for consultation between 8 December 2020 and 14 January 2021. This proposed a mandatory commencement date of 1 July 2021.
We have considered the feedback received on the proposed commencement date and the ATO has decided on a mandatory commencement date of 1 January 2022."
We will continue to update customers as to the timing of our release of Phase 2 into our product.
