ORA-16700 ORA-16766 errors

Hi,

I have got ORA-16700 & 16766 errors on standby database shown as below:

Then I've tried to flashback to scn 6711891, but because the flashback not on, so I've tried to let flashback on, then hit more errors asking for recovery with details below:
