Debug package problem

Hi,

Right now I have a small / big problem.

We want to debug a package but with any user that has a "normal" profile, debugging always returns an ORA-01031-insufficient privileges ... On the other hand, if I debug with a user with a Sysdba profile, it doesn't give that problem ...

The error does not return any more information ...

Someone could help me?
