How can i give access to Data Synchronizer ?

Hello, We have Hyperion EPM Version 11.1.2.3.500.17

We need to give access to a user to be able to navigate threw Navigate -> Administer -> Data Synchronization.

We are not able to give him this access although he has the role of "Run Integrations".

how can we give a user the above access enabling him to user the data synchronization ?!
