Migrating 10TB of data to new server

Hi,

I have a legacy EMC storage array which has about 10TB of data that I need to migrate onto a new ZFS appliance.

I plan to NFS mount it to the new server but what is the best way of copying all these files onto the new server? There are lots of files raging in size from 500MB to 8GB. I suspect using mv is not the best way,
