Is there any provision to request for an instance of PeopleSoft application

Hi Team,

I'm looking for a latest PeopleSoft FSCM instance to work on my own project.

I need a VM with PeopleSoft Test Framework installed.

Is there a possibility to get a Instance of PeopleSoft FSCM application with latest PUM Image and Tools, in Oracle cloud?

If not, can we have some solution something as easy as this? (See below)
