Specifying the Central Repository Location installing OEM 13C Agent to a non-Database Server

I am trying to do an OEM 13C (13.4.0.0.0) Agent Install to a pair of non-Database Servers, and am having a lot of trouble with setting the Central Inventory Location.

This is a Fresh Install to servers that have never had an OEM Agent on them previously. Such a Fresh Install ran just fine on a pair of Database Servers. The non-DB servers are both OL5.4, the DB Servers are both OL6.10. I do have OL6.10 non-DB servers I could try, though, if that looks like the issue.

In Optional Details, Additional Parameters, I have specified, variously: "INVENTORY_LOCATION=/opt/oracle/oemagent/oraInventory", "-invPtrLoc /opt/oracle/oemagent/oraInventory", "-invPtrLoc /opt/oracle/oemagent/oraInst.loc" & "INVENTORY_LOCATION /opt/oracle/oemagent/oraInventory"
