Can anyone explain this supplemental document for image 37 HCM

We are applying HCM image 37. there is a supplimental document that we do not understand. Does anyone know what this is about?


General Instructions for Effective Dated Value List Enhancement


1. Compare all projects for changes. See tab Bug List for a list of bugs included.

2. Update copy flag/merge changed as required.

3. Create new tables

4. Alter Tables

5. Create indexes

6. Run DC conversion program (DC30613712 BUG 32106459 ) to populate all value lists

7. Verify that any changed templates have not been customized.

8. Verify that any changed SQL objects have not been modified

9. Run script ( Bug 32106553 ) to load all Template/SQL_ID changes identified by the
