Export To Excel Fails With Error 'xlsx generation stopped; long nested table (rows=20001) detected,

For the next error they give me these indications.  
But I don't know by which menu I enter to carry out the solution. 
I would appreciate your help with more detailed instructions, 
and what role should I have to proceed with the solution.

When attempting to export the report into excel 2007, the following error occurs.

ERROR

xlsx generation stopped; long nested table (rows=20001) detected, may cause high memory usage.

Please modify template, or increase maximum allowable nested table row count

 CAUSE

A long nested table cause high memory usage which will exceed the default value 20000.
