How to enable premier support

I purchased Oracle Premier support for 2 servers. How do I enable the premier support on these servers and get the ksplice packages installed? The servers are firewalled so I need to know what addresses:ports the servers need access to. No idea why this is hard to find. Any help would be appreciated.
