Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 11g utf8 upgrade to 19c al32utf8

Cdb al32utf8, clone 11.2 database utf8 upgraded to 19.3 non pdb utf8, Need to migrate the non pdb utf8 to pdb. al32utf8

If I am upgrading a utf8 database to a 19c database, do i need to update the character set first to al32utf8 or does the upgrade do that for me?

If not, what is the right thing to do here? How to Upgrade 11g utf8 to 19c al32utf8.?
