Invalid address number and invalid address type error in P4210

hi Team,

we are trying to do a ST sales transfer from A to B BP of same company. but system is throwing "Invalid address number and invalid addrss type" error. But when i do same ST from A to C or A to D BP's it is working.

Only from A to B, i am not able to do Sales Transfer ST.

But both the BP's address are having Billing Address type in Customer master set as "X" .

Please help.
