Anyone having issues with the merge process after the 2020 patches were applied?

We are using PeopleSoft 9.2, Image 34, then applied all patches for the 2020 processing and any additional patches between image 34 and the 2020 PRPs.

In years past, we have been able to upload to the Review Employee Data Load, Review Employee Amount Load, and Review Covered Individual Load and merge numerous times during the process. In my testing for the 2020 updates, I have manually entered data and merged and then used excel to ci to upload to the tables I mentioned above and tried to merge. The second merge process goes to success but ignores the data I uploaded via excel to ci.
