Opatch failes while applying merge patch on 19.7 GRID home

Hi All,

We have two node RAC on 19.7 . We have encountered a bug related to gc current retries and gc current requests and Oracle suggested to apply merge patch p31708488_197000DBRU_Linux-x86-64

We are applying the patch to both GRID home and RDBMS home as the note in the README says the below

"Note: This patch must be applied on the Oracle home of Oracle Database as well as Oracle Grid Infrastructure. "

While applying this patch on grid home getting the following error .


Feb 6, 2021 1:30:12 PM] [INFO] Patch 31708488:

ArchiveAction: Destination File "/oracle/app/19.3.0/grid/lib/libserver19.a" does not exists or is not writeable
