Time difference between Global zone and Local Zone

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question

T5-8 Supercluster

Solaris version 11.4.16.0.1.4.0

We have a global zone with 9 local zones. All the times on the local zones are exactly synched to the global zone except one local zone which is ahead of the global zone by 33 seconds. A reboot of the offending zone did not help.

We have not delegated ntp ppriv to any of the local zones.

This local zone is part of a weblogic cluster. Right now the time difference can be tolerated but I would like to know as to how to resolve this problem.
