Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Integration of Oracle EBS 12.2 with Solaris Cluster

We have two node Solaris cluster Node-1 and Node-2 with shared storage. Oracle EBS 12.2 is installed on the shared storage. My question is ,

Shall all the resources ( Storage, logical-host, datatbase-server, db-listener and all the resources of EBS) belonging to an instance be created under one resource group OR we can group them for easy management.
Is there any setting available in Solaris cluster through which we can manage the order of start-up and shutdown of resource groups for an instance during failover.
