Tax Button not visible in site level of customer

Hi All,

The tax button which enables the user to define a fiscal classification for a customer is not visible in the customer page. However, when I tried it from Internet explorer, it was visible. It was not displayed from firefox. My concern is, is it something to with the internet settings or is there a profile option?
