Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

I am looking for solution or bug fix to an ORA-02072 error exactly for the releases like thess:

origin : Oracle Database 19c Standard Edition 2 Release 19.0.0.0.0 (Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Standard)

target : Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production (Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard)
