Oracle 19c - kkjcre1p: unable to spawn jobq slave process

Hello,

This morning we found one process of our SAP application server stopped.

We think that this is due to the Oracle Database but we were not able to identify the cause.

Here are the details

1) An offline database backup was run on 07.02.2021 at 13:30:56 and ends on 07.02.2021 at 14:24:38.

2) The dispatcher process of our application server was stopped on 07/02 at 15:04:54.

3) We found a lot of errors of this type in the alert_log file :

4) And in the incident files :

Symbol TimeStamp=5cef5a1d, Module TimeStamp=5ebd9d92 are different
